Marketing Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered GTM automation and agents using Clay, Zapier, and Claude
• Speed up lead velocity and routing via LeanData and AI-powered scoring models
• Manage multi-touch attribution and pipeline reporting using Dreamdata
• Operationalize account signals and market intent from website and product usage
• Own the HubSpot and Salesforce integration, ensuring data sync and cleanliness
• Automate marketing campaigns and events using HubSpot, Qualified, and Goldcast
• Provide operational support for new product launches and campaign activation
• Govern the martech stack, managing access, renewals, and documentation in Notion
• Act as the primary triage point for marketing, revenue, and RevOps system requests

Requirements

• Experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or RevOps
• Deep expertise in HubSpot, including workflows, lifecycle stages, and lead scoring
• Proficiency with modern martech tools (CRM, marketing automation, lead routing, enrichment)
• Experience with workflow automation tools like Zapier or n8n
• Hands-on experience with LLMs such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini
• Ability to turn complex GTM problems into structured, automated systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building agentic workflows or AI automations for GTM outcomes
• Admin-level HubSpot certification or configuration experience
• Hands-on experience with Clay and Dreamdata
• Understanding of sales motions and pipeline velocity
