Responsibilities
- Execute marketing programs within the GTM stack including HubSpot, Salesforce, Cvent, Gong, Spekit, and Clay
- Manage list pulls, segmentation, audience building, and campaign deployment
- Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing and multivariate experiments
- Build and optimize ABM programs and automated data workflows using Clay and AI tools
- Maintain HubSpot database cleanliness, lead scoring models, and MQL criteria
- Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards and attribution tracking
- Enforce data governance standards and manage deduplication workflows
- Partner with GTM Systems to operationalize changes to system architecture
Requirements
- 3+ years in marketing operations within a high-growth B2B SaaS company
- Deep, hands-on experience in HubSpot (Marketing Hub + CRM)
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and cross-system processes
- Hands-on experience with Clay for building workflows and enrichment pipelines
- Familiarity with AI tooling and prompt engineering
- Proven ability to manage lead lifecycles, funnel metrics, and UTM strategy
- Highly detail-oriented with strong execution and stakeholder management skills
