Marketing Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the evolution of Coast's attribution and measurement framework by improving data quality and reporting
• Establish Marketing's performance operating system, including executive reporting and monthly business reviews
• Own the integrity of marketing data across Salesforce, Braze, and analytics tools
• Run the operational backbone of the events motion, including lead capture and routing
• Deploy AI agents and automation to replace manual marketing workflows

Requirements

• 4–8 years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Growth Operations, or Performance Marketing
• Deep experience with attribution, funnel analytics, and performance reporting
• Proven track record of leading complex, technical, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong analytical thinking and operational execution skills
• AI-first mindset with experience using AI to automate workflows
• Salesforce expertise is required
• Proficiency with GTM stack tools like Braze, Google Analytics, and ZoomInfo
• Based in New York City and able to be in-office 3–4 days per week
