About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end lead lifecycle operations, including inbound and outbound lead routing and MQL/SQL hand-off SLAs.
- Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot, ensuring seamless synchronization with Salesforce.
- Support campaign execution for events, partner marketing, and demand generation through workflow builds and audience segmentation.
- Maintain high data quality by managing deduplication, normalization, and consistent attribution across marketing records.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track pipeline generation and campaign performance.
- Continuously optimize marketing workflows using automation and AI to reduce manual tasks.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in HubSpot (or Marketo) executing campaigns and building operational systems within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and outbound processes, including lead routing and qualification motions.
- Familiarity with the revenue tech stack, including Salesforce and enrichment tools like ZoomInfo or Clay.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across cross-functional stakeholders.
- A process builder mindset with the ability to document workflows and drive organizational adoption.
- Resourceful and self-directed approach to troubleshooting platform issues and learning new technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- HubSpot Marketing Software certification or Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) status.
- Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or Workato.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
