Marketing Operations Manager

Arch is a Series B financial technology company that automates the management of private investments, improving access, understanding, and the human experience of investing across asset classes. We serve over 400 clients, including some of America’s largest banks and financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding, implementation, and ongoing optimization of the marketing tech stack, primarily HubSpot and Outreach
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for key marketing metrics including MQOs, conversion rates, and funnel metrics
• Manage campaign infrastructure, workflows, automation, and CMS within HubSpot
• Build, launch, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns in partnership with Marketing and Business Development teams
• Continuously analyze campaign performance and optimize for conversion and pipeline impact
• Support target account list development and define target addressable markets
• Ensure systems are fully integrated, scalable, and operating efficiently
• Align marketing efforts with revenue goals and sales priorities

Requirements

• 4 - 6 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Growth, or a similar role
• Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot and Outreach
• Proven track record of running and optimizing marketing campaigns end-to-end
• Strong analytical mindset with experience owning metrics and performance tracking
• Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales/BDR, and RevOps teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
• Proactive, "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude
