Marketing Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Own how we convert demand into pipeline by defining targeting, engagement, and lead movement
• Design lifecycle, routing, and scoring systems for MQLs, PQLs, and ICP segmentation
• Design systems and timing for prospect and customer outreach across lifecycle stages
• Translate product, intent, and campaign signals into outbound, nurture, and sales handoffs
• Drive funnel performance and visibility into pipeline and ROI
• Automate GTM workflows using AI-driven systems to reduce manual work
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Engineering to align execution and planning
• Act as a senior operator and partner to marketing leadership

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in Marketing Ops, Growth Ops, or Revenue Operations in high-growth B2B SaaS
• Proven experience scaling marketing ops systems (e.g., $10M to $50M+ ARR)
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing lifecycle systems, routing, and scoring
• Strong technical skills in automation, workflows, integrations, and CRM systems
• Ability to translate data and signals into actionable GTM programs
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools applied to GTM workflows
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• PLG or hybrid PLG/SLG experience preferred
