Marketing Operations Executive

Responsibilities

• Support content production by creating structured briefs, keyword lists, and page outlines for writers
• Maintain team documentation, including Minutes of Meetings (MoMs), SOPs, checklists, and workflow documents
• Manage reporting tasks by preparing weekly and monthly team reports and updating trackers for content and technical tasks
• Coordinate across teams, including writers, editors, and tech teams, to ensure deadlines are met
• Perform routine quality assurance tasks such as link checks, upload checks, and formatting

Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in working with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)
• Ability to follow established processes and maintain high levels of consistency
• A strong curiosity and willingness to learn SEO concepts

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic familiarity with HTML or other technical concepts
• Experience in documentation-heavy roles or internships
• Basic understanding of data or web analytics
