Marketing Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Centralize and unify payment management for five distinct marketing fronts
• Lead the team strategically to optimize functions and implement automation
• Co-construct a new corporate payment pipeline using SAP in partnership with Accounts Payable
• Support budget (BGT) strategy, monitoring expenses and forecast accuracy
• Redesign travel and ticketing processes in partnership with the Events team and Onfly
• Structure governance for brand mascot operations, including logistics and asset distribution
• Act as a facilitator between Marketing, Finance, and Commercial departments

Requirements

• Robust experience in leading administrative or operations teams
• Practical experience and proficiency with SAP
• Experience in budget management, forecasting, and high-volume accounts payable
• Proven ability to design and implement new processes from scratch
• Strong negotiation and articulation skills to work across departments
• Balanced profile capable of maintaining financial rigor within a dynamic marketing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with corporate travel platforms, specifically Onfly
• Previous experience in the Education sector, Trade Marketing, or multi-brand B2B companies
