Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-funnel marketing strategy across email, social, video, website, and sales enablement
• Manage execution of marketing content, including scheduling, production timelines, and asset approvals
• Create storyboards and scripts for brand and product videos
• Guide video production from concept through post-production
• Collaborate with leadership to develop brand messaging and positioning
• Measure campaign performance and use data to drive continuous improvement
• Manage website and landing page updates via CMS
• Build and optimize email marketing workflows for lead nurturing
• Support sales and hiring teams with pitch decks and recruitment materials

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or agency environments
• Proven ability to manage projects across multiple teams and vendors
• Strong copywriting and messaging skills with attention to voice and tone
• Experience writing storyboards, scripts, or creative outlines
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
• Strong understanding of marketing analytics and A/B testing
• Experience managing video production processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation tools
• Familiarity with paid social and programmatic ad platforms
• Experience marketing SaaS or professional services
• Knowledge of AI automation tools
