Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide input into strategy development and execution to accelerate growth across the acute critical care capital equipment and digital portfolio
• Own key commercial processes to improve pipeline and conversion, including funnel governance and opportunity progression
• Support sales forecasting processes in partnership with supply chain and commercial teams
• Lead portfolio messaging and core collateral development, including creative refreshes
• Collaborate with sales and sales training teams to develop and maintain sales enablement materials
• Partner with sales, clinical, and technical teams to improve the end-to-end customer journey
• Support best-in-class product implementation across sites of care to enable seamless adoption
• Support value-added services marketing initiatives to improve customer experience and long-term retention

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in medical device marketing
• Demonstrated experience in portfolio management
• Ability to analyze and interpret data into actionable insights
• Strong communication, collaboration, presentation, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce.com, and Monday.com

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with capital equipment and digital products
• Demonstrated success in managing a full portfolio of products versus a single product line
• Familiarity with P&L management, forecasting, and lifecycle management
