Marketing Manager, Trade/Retail

Responsibilities

• Create and implement trade marketing strategies and tactics for B2B retail channels, specifically local hobby game stores
• Support the Organized Play team by creating materials for in-store play programs
• Develop branding materials for B2B events and creative displays to drive foot traffic
• Partner with cross-functional marketing, sales, design, and global teams on campaign execution and point-of-sale materials
• Identify and evaluate new opportunities within the core hobby retail channel to expand branding and store traffic
• Set and report on meaningful metrics for all campaign marketing initiatives and provide post-mortem analysis

Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent experience in Marketing or Business
• 5+ years of experience in retail marketing to specialty or brick and mortar retail
• Experience working with retail marketing agencies and design teams
• Strong project management and prioritization abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Analytical experience in performance analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with Magic: The Gathering and Dungeons & Dragons is a strong plus
