About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop 360° marketing campaigns for France and Benelux to drive brand demand and reach local market KPIs.
- Build seasonal local Go-To-Market plans, including media planning, PR, digital, events, and phygital activations.
- Manage wholesale trade marketing by building sustainable relationships with top accounts and executing activations for Tier 0 and Tier 1 distribution.
- Support the local PR agency to implement media relations strategies, influencer seeding programs, and brand partnership initiatives.
- Manage the local marketing budget to ensure cost-effective activities and high return on investment.
- Monitor and report on media coverage, brand performance, and investment initiatives through relevant KPIs.
Requirements
- University Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 6+ years of relevant marketing experience.
- Deep knowledge of the footwear and apparel industry and its distribution in France and Benelux.
- Significant experience in wholesale trade marketing within a premium branded environment.
- Strong sensitivity to digital media, including paid social and digital brand activities.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret business figures and react accordingly.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Native French speaker with fluent English skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Tier 0 and Tier 1 retail accounts.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of the Dutch language.
- Existing network within Paris cultural hubs and the local agency landscape.
