Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end marketing strategy for the Fashion category
• Develop marketing strategies across paid, organic, and digital content channels
• Build and manage the marketing calendar for the category
• Launch community and in-person events to drive engagement
• Execute influencer marketing campaigns to hit first-time buyer targets
• Build a repeatable content and campaign engine
• Report on category performance and use data to shape future investments

Requirements

• Experience running end-to-end marketing campaigns across brand, lifecycle, or content
• Proven track record of owning and improving marketing channels using data
• Strong instincts for content and creative direction
• Proficiency in data-based decision making (CAC, LTV, conversion)
• Experience building marketing strategies from scratch
• Genuine passion for fashion, streetwear, and vintage communities
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-scaling environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing search or discovery products
• Experience driving growth in declining or underperforming categories
• Familiarity with live commerce, marketplaces, or community-led growth
