About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end marketing strategy for the Fashion category in the UK
- Develop and execute marketing calendars across paid, organic, and digital content channels
- Launch influencer marketing campaigns and community-led in-person events
- Build a repeatable content and campaign engine to drive consistent user engagement
- Analyze performance metrics to iterate on strategy and optimize marketing spend
- Report on category growth and use data to shape future investment and headcount
Requirements
- Proven experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns from strategy to execution
- Ability to build marketing strategies from scratch rather than just executing existing plans
- Strong data-driven mindset with comfort analyzing CAC, LTV, and conversion metrics
- A bias for action and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-scaling environment
- Deep passion for fashion, streetwear, and vintage communities
- Strong creative instincts and a track record of high-performing content
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing search, discovery, or recommendation engine products
- Background in marketing marketplaces or community-led growth models
- Experience driving growth in underperforming or declining categories
