Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote cosmetics products
• Conduct market research to identify target demographics and consumer preferences
• Create and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales
• Manage advertising efforts across print, digital, and social media channels
• Collaborate with product development teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches
• Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust marketing strategies
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels
• Oversee social media marketing, influencer partnerships, and public relations activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant major
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Marketing Manager position
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same industry
• Mandatory experience with fashion or luxury brands
• Excellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
