Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop annual marketing plans and yearly calendars aligned with company strategy and sales targets
• Manage the annual marketing budget in coordination with the CCO
• Draft detailed briefs for digital, outdoor, and event-based advertising activities
• Oversee customer care policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and experience
• Contribute to branding and marketing strategies for new products and projects
• Conduct market research and analyze sales and marketing trends
• Identify new market opportunities, leads, and potential growth areas
• Monitor competitor performance and analyze their marketing and sales data
• Supervise all communication and digital activities, including the corporate website, social media, and loyalty programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant major
• Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in marketing
• Proven experience working with fashion or luxury brands is mandatory
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
