Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads
• Manage social media platforms, website content, and digital advertising campaigns
• Plan and coordinate marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns
• Create engaging content including photos, videos, presentations, and marketing materials
• Monitor marketing performance and prepare monthly reports with recommendations
• Coordinate with sales, design, and project teams to support business development efforts
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in landscaping, construction, or design industries
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation
• Proven experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
