About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and drive the regional RTD strategy in collaboration with the Brand Director and global teams to plan for long-term growth.
  • Lead the execution of Integrated Activity Plans (IAP) to deliver share growth and meet financial targets for the region.
  • Manage market brand P&Ls, reviewing performance and identifying scalable growth drivers.
  • Support and lead key innovation projects and the NPD pipeline to accelerate category growth.
  • Plan and execute consumer-centric brand experiences and BTL platforms to ensure seamless consumer journeys.
  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative research, as well as digital analytics, to identify consumer insights.
  • Manage agency relationships, including writing creative and production briefs.
  • Consult with local stakeholders to ensure regional and global toolkits are effectively localized.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in consumer and customer brand management.
  • Strong financial acumen, including P&L management and handling variables such as price and A&P.
  • Experience in multiple specialty areas including BTL, digital, innovation, promotions, and influencer marketing.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and insight-driven skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional interactions.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work with a hands-on, "go-getter" mentality in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in commercial or customer marketing.
  • Digital business experience and a strong understanding of the digital landscape.
  • Experience in experiential or consumer marketing for brand building.
