Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead business operations to achieve sales targets, profitability, and market share for food colors.
• Conduct market mapping, sales planning, and detailed analysis of market trends and competitor pricing.
• Manage and develop key customer relationships through regular visits and engagement.
• Oversee budgeting, pricing strategies, and new product identification and development.
• Direct and monitor the performance of the sales team and personnel development activities.
• Establish regulations, work systems, and procedures for the Marketing Department.
• Provide monthly and quarterly MIS reporting.
• Maintain flexibility to support the Sales & Marketing Department and potentially act as commercial head for industrial colors.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of Sales & Marketing experience specifically within the Food Colors industry.
• Graduate degree, preferably in Management.
• Fluency in both Thai and English.
• Deep understanding of related products in the food color market.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency or working knowledge of SAP.
