Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) plans that align with business unit goals and strategic priorities.
• Lead the launch readiness and execution of new products and capabilities, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and regions.
• Monitor pipeline and revenue impact of new product introductions using dashboards and scorecards to assess ROI.
• Analyze global industrial control markets to identify trends, market share, and competitive alignment.
• Maintain and update competitive intelligence datasets.
• Collaborate with business managers to develop annual business plans with quantifiable outcomes and budget alignment.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business managers and lead pricing activities for new and existing products.

Requirements

• Based in Singapore.
• Ability to travel up to 25% both domestically and internationally.
• Proficiency in English (CEFR level B2/C1).
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 7 years of experience in the industrial automation domain.
• Proven experience in strategy, marketing, and driving portfolio-oriented messaging.
• Experience collaborating effectively within a global matrix organization.
