Marketing Manager, Paid Search

Responsibilities

• Own US Paid Search execution across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads including Search, Shopping, and Performance Max
• Optimize daily campaign performance to improve CAC, CVR, ROAS, and LTV
• Perform deep-dive analyses on keywords, queries, devices, audiences, and landing pages
• Conduct rigorous A/B testing on bidding, creatives, and offers
• Leverage automation and scripts to increase operational efficiency
• Build and manipulate datasets using Excel, Google Sheets, and Tableau to drive insights
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams including BI, CRM, and Creative

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience in Paid Search (agency or client-side)
• Proven track record managing large-scale performance-driven accounts
• Proficiency in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Search, Shopping, PMAX)
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills for building custom analyses
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with experience in large datasets
• Google Ads and Microsoft Ads certifications
• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
