Marketing Manager

About the Company

Orbit Fab's mission is to create the foundational infrastructure that will fuel a bustling in-space economy. We are pioneering Gas Stations in Space™ refueling infrastructure and RAFTI™ technology to deliver propellant in space, enabling lower-cost satellite construction and extended lifespans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategy across brand awareness, product marketing, and demand generation
• Create compelling marketing materials including product spec sheets, customer presentations, and pitch decks
• Lead press and PR strategy, including writing and distributing press releases
• Own and grow social media presence on LinkedIn and other channels
• Organize and support product launches, trade shows, and industry conference presence
• Partner with Business Development to develop targeted messaging for commercial, civil, and government segments
• Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics
• Manage relationships with external vendors and PR agencies

Requirements

• 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in aerospace, deep tech, or B2B technology
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Hands-on experience managing digital channels and press relations
• US citizen or lawful permanent resident for export control compliance
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing in the aerospace, defense, or deep tech sectors
• Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva)
• Video production or multimedia content creation experience
• Familiarity with the space industry ecosystem
• Experience supporting government contracting with marketing materials
