About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end brand strategy and lifecycle management for the ophthalmology portfolio
- Translate clinical science into compelling marketing narratives
- Drive innovative product campaigns across digital and field channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key ophthalmologists nationwide
- Identify market gaps and create differentiated positioning strategies
- Work closely with sales teams to drive prescription generation and brand growth
- Track market trends and competitor activity to unlock new growth opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in ophthalmic pharma marketing (mandatory)
- Proven track record in brand building and product growth
- Strong understanding of the Indian ophthalmology market and KOL ecosystem
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and execution skills
- Go-getter mindset with a focus on building brands
