Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual marketing plan for LATAM aligned with commercial objectives and U.S. guidelines
• Build brand positioning for UPS solutions for AI infrastructure in the region
• Design and run digital campaigns targeting decision-makers in datacenter, infrastructure, and IT
• Manage presence at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
• Produce technical-commercial content including case studies, whitepapers, and webinars
• Act as the formal liaison between LATAM and Corporate Marketing in the U.S.
• Manage the LATAM marketing budget and report on KPIs and ROI

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years in B2B marketing within technology, energy, or infrastructure sectors
• Native Spanish and advanced English (C1 or higher)
• Experience with B2B marketing and complex sales cycles
• Proficiency in content strategy for LinkedIn and B2B digital channels
• Experience with lead generation tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Canva Pro, and Google Analytics
