Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the marketing strategy for the convenience retail network
• Drive integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
• Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent customer experience
• Lead commercial events, promotional campaigns, and communication initiatives
• Manage media strategy, communication agencies, and marketing investments
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives and customer engagement
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze market trends
• Manage the marketing budget ensuring cost efficiency and measurable results

Requirements

• Proven experience in Marketing within Retail, FMCG, or Convenience Retail
• Strong understanding of brand management, trade marketing, and digital marketing
• Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns
• Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities
• Data-driven approach and strong analytical skills
