About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage brand identity and project-specific branding
- Prepare and track marketing budgets and ROI for integrated campaigns
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
- Plan and procure media buying across print, digital, and outdoor platforms
- Manage vendor negotiations and high-value sponsorship opportunities
- Plan and execute property launches, open houses, and broker events
- Build media relationships and manage influencer collaborations
- Map and personalize customer experiences for the enquiry funnel
- Obtain Trakheesi permissions for event activations and marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree
- 2 to 5 years of digital and traditional marketing experience
- Mandatory UAE experience
- Real estate marketing experience is a significant plus
- Strong analytical and project management skills
