About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of media analysts to deliver high-quality measurement projects and insights
  • Partner with marketing, brand, and agency stakeholders to translate campaign objectives into measurable KPIs
  • Manage and execute media mix modeling (MMM) programs, including model design, validation, and budget recommendations
  • Design and maintain executive dashboards to surface key findings and actionable trends
  • Oversee cross-channel data collection from social platforms, retail partners, websites, and CRM systems
  • Monitor market conditions and emerging measurement technologies to maintain a competitive advantage

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics or media measurement
  • 3+ years of experience managing teams or leading cross-functional programs
  • Proven expertise in media mix modeling (MMM), incrementality testing, or multi-touch attribution
  • Proficiency with BI and dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
  • Familiarity with ad tech and analytics platforms including GA4, DSPs, and ad servers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a quantitative field
  • Prior experience in CPG, retail, B2B, or B2C marketing environments
  • Hands-on experience with vendor partnerships for advanced incrementality platforms
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms like Snowflake
