Marketing Manager, Marketplace Marketing

Responsibilities

• Work with global and China sales/product teams to align LATAM (Mexico, Brazil) business priorities and translate them into marketing materials to recruit new sellers from China.
• Plan and implement go-to-market strategies to drive marketplace awareness, seller launch, product enrollment, and seller success.
• Create and translate marketing content into various tools, including success stories, pitch decks, flyers, and videos, for seller engagement and education.
• Develop innovative and scalable marketing campaigns, such as launch initiatives, annual seller conferences, content marketing, and social marketing programs.
• Identify and activate online and offline marketing channels to deliver key messages and campaigns.
• Generate China seller insights to help sales and product teams optimize product offerings.
• Design and track marketing metrics to continuously improve performance.
• Communicate marketing progress and results regularly with global and China stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• Experience in a marketing role.
• Proficiency in Excel or Tableau (including data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with a Content Management System (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, etc.).
• Experience using integrated campaigns to solve brand or business challenges.
