Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities within the Indian corporate wellness landscape.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and multi-channel campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Oversee the creation of localized marketing content, including digital ads, blogs, whitepapers, and brochures, ensuring brand consistency.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising channels.
• Plan and oversee onsite events such as trade shows, product launches, and clinical workshops to engage HR and Benefits leaders.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to manage the lead lifecycle and optimize the lead-to-customer conversion process.
• Utilize CRM tools and analytics to track campaign performance, optimize ROI, and provide data-driven strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of marketing experience, including strategy development and campaign execution.
• Proven track record of managing successful B2B marketing campaigns, preferably in healthcare, EAP, or HR-tech.
• Expertise in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook/LinkedIn Ads.
• Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Deep understanding of the mental health sector and the ability to translate clinical effectiveness into business value.
