Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for real estate development projects from pre-launch through completion.
• Build and maintain strong project and corporate brand positioning aligned with company objectives.
• Lead the strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns for property launches to drive lead generation.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across search, social media, display advertising, and property portals.
• Optimize lead generation funnels and monitor campaign performance using website analytics and conversion metrics.
• Partner with sales teams to develop tools, brochures, and presentations that support customer engagement.
• Oversee marketing budgets, timelines, and quality control for all initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 5–10+ years of marketing experience, specifically within real estate development or property marketing.
• Proven track record of marketing both residential and commercial developments.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale project launches and integrated campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Russian or other additional languages.
• Familiarity with design and content management platforms.
• Experience working with external marketing agencies and stakeholders.
