Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and analyze digital marketing campaigns for global titles (SNS, display, search ads, etc.)
• Plan KOL campaigns and execute partnerships across Korea, Asia, and global regions
• Operate user acquisition and re-engagement campaigns and optimize performance
• Align digital marketing activities with regional business units and support local campaign execution
• Report campaign performance and derive data-driven improvement directions
• Support marketing campaigns linked to major industry events such as game shows

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing planning and execution
• Experience in direct planning and execution of influencer, streamer, or KOL campaigns
• Business-level English proficiency
• Experience operating major advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
• Ability to set, track, and analyze campaign KPIs and derive improvement actions
• Experience collaborating with internal teams and external agencies
• Ability to travel overseas

Preferred Qualifications

• Passionate gamer who enjoys and loves games
• Understanding of the game industry or global gaming communities (PC/Console preferred)
• Practical experience in marketing on streaming platforms like Chzzk, SOOP, Twitch, or YouTube
• Experience operating Steam, Epic, or mobile UA campaigns
• Proficiency in Chinese or experience in digital marketing in China or Southeast Asia
• Experience using marketing automation or data analysis tools
• Experience collaborating with multicultural and multi-regional teams
