Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns and strategies aligned with global brand messaging
• Forge strong relationships with Sales teams to establish SLAs and support customer acquisition
• Manage the setup and optimization of lead generation campaigns and email communications
• Analyze historic performance and KPIs to drive strategy, forecasting, and campaign optimization
• Measure and optimize lead nurture tracks and marketing analytics using CRM dashboards
• Research and test new marketing channels and media vendors to expand reach and improve lead quality
• Support SEO management, organic search performance, and paid search (PPC) campaigns
• Collaborate with content marketing, channel marketing, and US-based teams to create high-quality, shareable content
• Manage administrative marketing tasks, including budget tracking and purchase orders

Requirements

• MA or Degree in Marketing or business-related subjects
• Minimum 3 years of marketing management experience
• Competence in using digital marketing tools
• Experience with Google Workspace
• Prior experience with marketing automation systems such as HubSpot or similar
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CIM Certification or Diploma
