Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging internal communications to foster transparency and culture
• Coordinate and produce marketing collateral including presentations, brochures, and case studies
• Plan and execute high-impact corporate events
• Research and publish press releases, opinion pieces, and speaking opportunities
• Oversee company websites and analyze digital performance metrics
• Champion consistent application of brand identity across all touchpoints
• Work with business development and bids teams to align marketing with commercial priorities
• Support a psychologically safe work culture and promote wellbeing campaigns

Requirements

• Previous Marketing Manager experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience in general marketing, media relations, digital marketing, brand management, and event planning
• Proficiency in analytics tools, Adobe Creative Suite, and content management systems
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field
• Ability to travel between company sites
• Excellent organization skills and ability to work to tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of CMS and basic HTML
• Intermediate to advanced Adobe CS6 skills
