Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end brand, digital, and performance marketing initiatives with a focus on AI-driven strategies and marketing automation.
• Research and implement modern marketing tools, including AI content generators, predictive analytics, and data tracking platforms.
• Define and enforce brand guidelines across all touchpoints to ensure consistency in tone and visual identity.
• Execute and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn to minimize cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
• Manage the performance marketing budget and report on Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and other key KPIs.
• Conceptualize and execute both Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) activities, including media, local activations, and B2B events.
• Develop a comprehensive content calendar to position the company as a thought leader through blogs, whitepapers, and videos.
• Monitor customer satisfaction metrics like NPS and CSAT to drive customer-centric improvements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external creative, PR, and performance agencies.

Requirements

• MBA in Marketing (mandatory).
• 10+ years of professional experience in marketing.
• Proven expertise in Brand Management and Digital/Performance Marketing.
• Extensive experience in Campaign Planning (ATL & BTL).
• Expertise in CRM and customer lifecycle management.
• Strong creative orientation and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
