Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage marketing campaigns aimed at CFOs and distributor networks to build brand authority and generate leads
• Develop compelling content including blogs, videos, presentations, and case studies that resonates with financial decision-makers
• Brief, coordinate, and manage deliverables from external agencies and freelance talent
• Collaborate with the digital team to track and optimize campaign performance using analytics and insights
• Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels tailored to the target audience
• Manage and mentor a small marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability

Requirements

• MBA in Marketing from a reputed B-school
• 3–4 years of experience in B2B marketing targeting senior decision-makers
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills
• Proven track record of working with agencies and freelancers
• Experience in content marketing, social media strategy, and multi-channel campaign execution
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze campaign performance
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills
