About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global HCP marketing plans and promotional materials for the CGM portfolio across pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases.
- Build scalable messaging frameworks and omnichannel campaign toolkits for various HCP segments, including endocrinologists and primary care physicians.
- Partner with regional and local commercial teams to develop field engagement strategies and sales force messaging.
- Manage a repository of approved key messages, product claims, and promotional collateral.
- Track and evaluate the performance of HCP marketing initiatives using metrics that connect campaign activity to prescriber behavior.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Clinical, Regulatory, Legal, and Market Access teams to ensure compliance and scientific accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 4-6 years of experience in healthcare or medical device marketing, specifically in HCP-facing roles.
- Proven experience building and executing integrated HCP marketing campaigns within a regulated environment.
- Experience with congress strategy, promotional content development, and brand planning cycles.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms such as Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault, or Salesforce.
- Ability to travel globally approximately 15-20% for field visits, congresses, and workshops.

- MBA strongly preferred.
