Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive brand development and elevate brand recall across target sectors in KSA
• Oversee digital marketing strategies to grow audience engagement on LinkedIn and Twitter
• Direct content marketing initiatives and secure thought leadership positions in industry media
• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns optimized for qualified lead generation
• Lead the planning and execution of corporate events, exhibitions, and promotional booths
• Collaborate with sales teams to design and deliver high-quality sales kits and marketing collateral
• Optimize website traffic and leverage marketing automation tools for email nurture campaigns
• Manage, train, and guide the marketing team while maintaining budget control and spend efficiency
• Deliver transparent, data-driven monthly performance dashboards to executive leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 8+ years of proven experience in marketing management, ideally in B2B technology or cybersecurity
• Deep expertise in Strategic Marketing Planning, Digital Marketing, and Brand Development
• Proficiency with marketing automation and design tools such as HubSpot, Google Ads, Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Professional certifications in digital marketing, content strategy, or marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Google Ads, CIM)
