About the role
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the seamless execution of diverse marketing projects within a regulated pharmaceutical environment
- Lead internal and external day-to-day operations and delivery of low-to-medium complexity tactical projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are planned, implemented, and delivered on time and within budget
- Co-own projects alongside senior-level Account and Project Management staff
- Develop comprehensive project plans and deliver submissions for regulatory review
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or comparable field or equivalent education plus professional experience
- Two to five years of professional experience in an Account and/or Project Management role
- Experience at an agency, preferably within a regulated environment
- Proficiency with Project Management Information Systems such as Workfront, Smartsheet, or MS Project
- Strong understanding of scope, change management, and project burn analysis
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel periodically
