Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of 360° regional marketing plans aligned with global brand strategy and commercial objectives
• Partner with cross-functional teams to localise global campaigns for regional markets
• Support the development and execution of regional paid media plans
• Monitor consumer, market, and competitor insights to provide actionable marketing recommendations
• Build collaborative relationships with internal teams, external agencies, and retail partners
• Track and monitor campaign KPIs, launch performance, and media effectiveness
• Support budget management, purchase order processing, and marketing spend tracking
• Manage product orders, event briefs, approvals, and timelines for in-market activity
• Maintain the regional marketing calendar and project documentation

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within beauty, fashion, or luxury
• Proven experience delivering campaigns or projects from briefing through to execution
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Commercially aware with an understanding of brand building and performance drivers
• Confident stakeholder management and strong communication skills
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for beauty, fashion, and travel with an understanding of luxury consumer behaviour
