Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Create and execute marketing campaigns for HSA Store® through partner channels and benefit platforms
• Develop campaign messaging and assets including email, landing pages, and digital banners
• Coordinate campaign launches with creative, ecommerce, and analytics teams
• Support B2B marketing to promote HSA Store® to partner organizations
• Develop co-branded marketing materials and maintain a library of partner assets
• Track campaign performance and analyze engagement, conversion, and revenue impact
• Collaborate cross-functionally to bring campaigns to market efficiently

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience in integrated marketing campaigns
• Experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or consumer brands
• Proficiency in developing email campaigns, landing pages, and digital content
• Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
