Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of topline growth and full-year brand plans for the Sensodyne portfolio and its extensions
• Lead end-to-end marketing including communication development, media planning, on-ground activations, and digital/influencer programs
• Develop and enhance brand strategy by leveraging deep understanding of market trends and competitor activities
• Manage market mapping, segmentation exercises, and the development of effective communication strategies
• Drive high-impact brand connections and leverage strategies across various sales channels to ensure growth
• Manage the annual marketing activation budget and maintain accountability for the brand P&L
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, and agency partners to deliver integrated marketing plans

Requirements

• 6+ years of brand marketing experience within the FMCG or Consumer Health sectors
• Demonstrated experience building and delivering comprehensive full-year brand plans
• Proven capability in consumer communications and launch management, including digital and influencer marketing expertise
• Strong stakeholder and agency management skills with a track record of working cross-functionally to deliver commercial execution

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business with a specialization in Sales or Marketing
• Previous experience working with major CPG brands or categories
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into impactful initiatives
• Strong commercial acumen with direct P&L exposure and executional rigor
