Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop, adapt, and refine strategic direction for brands based on consumer and customer insights
• Lead annual market activation planning focused on long-term growth drivers
• Manage annual brand Profit & Loss (P&L), including sales, profit results, and budget management
• Drive innovation strategy through the execution of global innovation vision boards
• Manage brand equity by localizing and deploying global toolkits
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage agency relationships at local and global levels
• Drive superior execution of media, creative development, and digital programs
• Collaborate with sales teams to enhance customer engagement and in-store support
• Track brand performance against Key Performance Indicators and recommend course corrections
• Support and mentor junior marketing associates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of brand marketing experience in Consumer Products or Over-the-Counter (OTC) marketing
• Experience in large-scale new product launches
• Proven experience delivering results within a matrix organization
• Experience leading people in both project-based and day-to-day situations
• Experience delivering insights-based consumer communications and brand share growth

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Strong financial capabilities and business acumen
• Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Ability to adapt effectively to organizational changes and shifting job demands
