Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies including SEO/SEM, conversion optimization, email, and social media campaigns
- Lead and train the marketing team, providing strategic direction and support
- Oversee Shopify store operations, including product listings, pricing, and promotions
- Monitor store performance and analyze metrics to provide actionable feedback
- Review and assess team KPIs to ensure targets are met
- Manage content creation for SEO and customer retention
- Optimize paid advertising campaigns for improved ROI
Requirements
- More than 1 year of hands-on experience as a Marketing Manager
- Proven track record with e-commerce brands
- Proficiency in Shopify with experience managing multiple stores
- Expertise in Social Media and Google Ads
- Experience managing a marketing team
- Based in the Netherlands
- Fluency in Dutch and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a results-driven, remote-first environment
