About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and deploy the marketing strategy for FreeStyle Libre targeting General Practitioners (GPs) to increase adoption and optimize prescription continuity.
- Build the GP positioning, including key messages, clinical benefits, and practical advantages for both doctors and patients.
- Develop and manage the annual GP marketing plan, including objectives, action plans, and budget management.
- Create and optimize marketing tools such as sales arguments, scientific content, and prescription support tools.
- Define and activate consistent omnichannel customer journeys, including face-to-face visits, targeted emailing, webinars, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, medical affairs, and market access teams to ensure strategic alignment.
- Train and support sales forces on GP strategy, key messaging, and the use of marketing tools.
- Monitor and analyze performance through key KPIs to adjust action plans and provide recommendations to management.
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in Business, Marketing, Science, or Health.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in healthcare, medtech, or pharmaceutical marketing.
- Proven experience working with General Practitioners or within prescription-based environments.
- Fluent English skills are essential.
- Strong strategic and operational marketing skills.
- Deep understanding of omnichannel and digital marketing cultures.
- Experience in diabetes or Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) is a significant advantage.
