Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Create compelling, innovative, and visually stunning social media content to elevate food and beverage concepts and events
• Manage social media calendars, including providing support during photoshoots and attending events for real-time content creation
• Write brand-focused messages and copy for regular scheduled posts and blog articles
• Address guest concerns and reviews on all social media and online platforms to ensure high-quality customer service
• Identify and manage collaborations with social media influencers to extend brand reach
• Liaise with Public Relations agencies by providing necessary briefs and imagery
• Innovate creative ideas to drive revenue and sales for various lifestyle venues
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute new event concepts

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
• 4-5 years of proven experience in a marketing role
• Deep knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends
• Proficient copywriting and communication skills
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, "can-do" attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
