Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning for local marketing initiatives to build brand image and tone of voice in South Korea
• Coordinate communication between global, Japan, and South Korea marketing teams
• Develop marketing communications plans, including strategy, goals, and budgets for events and product launches
• Manage media relations and seek high-level placements in print, social, and digital media
• Oversee project management including timelines, deliverables, and tracking
• Implement key trade events in coordination with the sales team
• Establish growth and engagement across social media platforms including Facebook, X, Instagram, LINE, YouTube, and TikTok
• Develop and implement digital influencer and YouTuber strategies

Requirements

• 6-7+ years of marketing experience in consumer-driven brands (Music, Lifestyle, Fashion/Luxury, or Media)
• Proven track record in executing successful public relations campaigns
• Strong relationships with local and national business and industry media
• Experience acting as a company spokesperson for broadcast and print media
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with English/Korean translation capabilities
• Solid experience managing social media and digital influencers
• Knowledge of the Korean music community
• Full bilingual capability in English and Korean (Business level English)
• University degree in advertising, marketing, design, or a related field
