Responsibilities
- Own the Go-to-Market (GTM) plan for product launches, including campaign briefs and channel strategy
- Lead brand campaigns and manage day-to-day agency relationships
- Own campaign social content planning and execution across Japan social channels
- Plan and execute marketing events and PR activations tied to product launches
- Coordinate Japan-specific marketing activities with license partners like MLB Tokyo and NBA Japan
- Track campaign KPIs and prepare post-campaign reviews
Requirements
- 6+ years of marketing experience in brand, campaign, or product marketing
- Experience in sports, entertainment, media, or consumer goods
- Proven track record managing external agencies
- Experience working within a global marketing organization
- Familiarity with Japan market media and digital platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication in both Japanese and English
- Genuine passion for sports
