Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Curate and produce compelling content and imagery across all social media channels and digital platforms
• Develop partnerships and supervise visits with content creators, photographers, and brands
• Create activations, campaigns, and digital strategies to grow social media presence and drive bookings
• Build, audit, and optimize brand websites, microsites, and third-party OTA websites
• Manage digital marketing activities and email marketing strategy for lead generation
• Design and produce visual assets including in-house collateral, brochures, and digital banners using brand guidelines
• Coordinate media visits, press events, and sustainability initiatives

Requirements

• At least two years of marketing experience in a consumer-to-consumer environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva
• Command of Excel, WordPress, PowerPoint, and Microsoft programs
• Knowledge of Facebook Business Manager and paid social media strategies
• Experience with social media software tools and Google Analytics
• Skilled writer with experience in social content creation
• Basic HTML knowledge
• Proven portfolio of Marketing/Communications work
• Previous experience in Graphic Design required
• Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends
