Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Sierra’s presence at third-party industry conferences and Sierra-owned events across EMEA
• Manage all pre-event logistics including venue selection, vendor coordination, and event agency management
• Track and evaluate event performance, measuring lead generation, ROI, and attendee feedback
• Collaborate with European marketing, global events, and cross-functional teams to align with company goals

Requirements

• 8+ years of marketing experience with deep expertise in events and field marketing
• Proven track record of leading high-impact B2B marketing programs in EMEA
• Experience managing end-to-end events from executive dinners to large-scale conferences
• Strong commercial mindset with experience partnering with regional sales teams
• Ability to manage multiple programs, timelines, and budgets simultaneously
• Willingness to travel internationally to accommodate a dynamic event calendar

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise and field marketing specifically for enterprise customers
• Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing agencies and external partners across multiple EMEA markets
