Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of business strategies aligned with regional and global objectives
• Drive sales planning, target setting, and execution across various regions
• Develop and implement marketing plans, including campaigns, promotions, and product positioning
• Act as a subject matter expert for digital solutions to support regional sales teams with value-based selling
• Identify new market opportunities and maintain a robust pipeline of potential and existing customers
• Manage and optimize the product portfolio to ensure relevant solutions are offered to customers
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide actionable insights
• Participate in key customer interactions, technical discussions, and product demonstrations
• Provide regular updates on sales performance, forecasts, and key initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mining, IT, Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical)
• 4–6 years of experience in sales, marketing, or service within the mining or construction industries
• Proven track record in business development and marketing execution
• Knowledge of digitalization and automation solutions
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools
• Ability to travel extensively across India to support customer engagement

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing
